Russian landed market: particular course or growing pains?

Abstract

The article brought forward to the readers' attention is the first part of the planned publication. In this part the theoretical concept of the essence and contests of land resources is stated, the specification of land relations is researched and a number of methodical regulations which the author assumes as a basis of land market in transitive ecomony, is formulated. The analysis of land resources and the author's reconstruction of the history of "land question" in Russia are also presented in this publication. In the following publications it is intended to consider the conceptual bases, results and deformations of the present usual stage of reforming of land relations in Russia which emerge in the connection with its realization of the problem, ways of their settlement, principles and mechanisms of regulation of the movement to the market of land of full value.
In the issue the empirical information both statistical and sociological, planned is widely presented.
