Egocentrism as destroyer of Russia

Abstract

In this article the author analyzes two different motivations of people during the process of their common activity - egocentrism and individualism. Russia nowadays is characterized by egocentrism as a form of confrontation with each other. Egocentric orientation on the immediate income receive do not allow to create the corporate culture which is necessary condition of stable economic growth. To improve the economic situation we need to modify orientation of people from egocentrism to individualism which is achievement of private aims during negotiations and compromises. The central issues of this article are the forms of egocentrism's manifestation and conditions of transfor¬mation from egocentrism into individualism.
